2026 Q1: The 3 Most Compelling Collaborations

Collaboration is more than marketing. Look at who a brand chooses to join hands with, and you can see exactly where that brand stands right now. Whether you're doing the calling or being called — both are the result of a choice.

Three standout collaborations of the Spring 2026 season.

01.Zendaya × ON Running — Launching April 16

Zendaya didn't just lend her face this time. She designed it herself.

The partnership with ON dates back to 2024, but the collection launching April 16 is their first true co-creation, built together from start to finish. Zendaya's longtime stylist Law Roach was involved throughout the design process, and the campaign film was directed by Spike Jonze.

With a lineup like that, this isn't a shoe drop — it's a cultural event.

The centerpiece: the Cloudnova Moon.

Inspired by ballet shoes, the design adds an elastic strap and Velcro to ON's Cloudnova silhouette, arriving in four colorways — Wolf Alloy, Dew Spruce, Fig, and Black Ink — priced at $200. And for the first time, there's an apparel line: a full capsule spanning a ribbed tank, half-zip anorak, coach jacket, drawstring midi skirt, and parachute pants.

ON is currently one of the fastest order-stacking shoe brands in the online wholesale market.

  1. The North Face × Cecilie Bahnsen SS26 — Launching March 26, Now in Its 4th Season

Gore-Tex and floral embroidery?
Hiking parkas and organza dresses?
And yet — this is already their fourth season together.

Cecilie Bahnsen is a Copenhagen-based Danish designer whose trademarks are voluminous silhouettes and 3D floral embellishment. The formula of this collaboration: layering that sensibility over The North Face's technical foundation — WINDWALL fabric, DWR water-repellent coating, convertible details. This spring's SS26 seven-piece capsule includes a floral-print ripstop jacket, convertible pants, and even the 'Shandal,' a hybrid of sandal and shoe.

The fourth season, FW26, has already been revealed on the runway.

What defines the partnership is technical outdoor wear infused with Bahnsen's delicate, poetic sensibility.

02.Sacai × Carhartt WIP SS26 — Now in Its 4th Season

Four seasons in, and it still makes noise every time. There's a reason.

Sacai has always been a brand about "making two things one" — a blazer and an MA-1 fused into a single body, a trench coat and a hoodie becoming the same garment. When Sacai meets Carhartt WIP, that logic plays out on workwear. Carhartt's duck canvas and tool pockets remain fully intact, yet the jacket's lapels and gold buttons belong to a tailored coat. It doesn't feel forced. If anything, it's strangely natural.

This SS26 marks their fourth collaboration: a nine-piece capsule that deconstructs the Detroit Jacket and Chore Coat and merges them with Sacai's Balmacaan coat and MA-1 blouson. Colors run black, blue, and ivory, with an exclusive beige colorway released separately on Sacai's online store. The collection debuted on the runway at Paris Fashion Week in June 2025, with the physical release landing worldwide on February 6, 2026.

A collaboration that stays fresh four seasons in is rare.
The biggest reason: the two brands' fan bases barely overlap, so it lands as something new every time.
